3 month BBA/MBA-MARKETING and HR Internship positions are available at CAST for 4GX Project's following areas:
|
- Improvement of services (product, price, promotion, placement)
- How to attract new customers & develop loyalty with current and previous customer
- How to analyze and improve partnerships
- Public Relations
- Advertising
- Search Engine Optimization
- Develop partnerships with companies and institutions
- Work closely with all departments, in a consultancy role
- Prepare reports for management
- To devise and implement policies which select, develop and train staff
- Establish and implement adequate training and induction programs for new staff
- Develop policies that affect working conditions, equal opportunities, disciplinary procedures and absence management
- Interpret employment legislation

The Center for Advanced Studies in
Telecommunication (CAST) at COMSATS Institute of Information Technology, Park Road
Chak Shahzad, Islamabad calls for applications to Internee Positions in its seven
dynamic research groups.
|
|
Research Groups at CAST are working
in Software Define Radio (SDR), WiMAX technologies, GSM, Ultra Wide Band Imaging,
Geographical Information System, Next Generation Networks, Bio-inspired Advance
IT, and Low Power Mobile Architecture & OS. There are more than 13 international
linkages, where CAST researchers are pursuing their Phds, MS and technical trainings.
These linkages also include industrial giants as NOKIA (Finland), Infinion (Germany),
Microsoft (Seattle) and Ericson (Sweden).
